Hapag-Lloyd to expand feeder fleet with new methanol-ready ships

The Hamburg-based carrier is investing $500 million on eight newbuilds and adding 14 newbuild charters, with the overall goal of making its fleet more fuel efficient and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
