Israeli shipping company, Mano Maritime is launching two special cruise voyages, in coordination with Israel\u2019s Transportation Ministry, to bring back Israeli citizens stranded in Cyprus. The return journeys will be carried out using the company\u2019s luxury cruise ship, Crown Iris, which has the capacity to carry 2,000 passengers.<\/p>\n

The operation will start with the first cruise expected to depart from the port of Limassol in Cyprus on Wednesday. However, the departure will depend on the security situation in the region and must first be approved by Israel\u2019s defense authorities and other relevant bodies.<\/p>\n

Once the ship arrives in Israel with the first group of passengers, it will return to Limassol for the second round. Each journey will take approximately 15 hours. The Crown Iris will only stop in Limassol for a few hours to allow boarding before heading back to Israel.<\/p>\n

The ship, described by the company as a \u201c5-star floating hotel,\u201d will serve as a temporary but comfortable solution for those needing to return home. All reservations for the cruise can be made only through Mano Maritime\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n

Ticket prices range from \u20ac399 to \u20ac650 per person. Mano Maritime has clarified that these prices are lower than the actual operational costs and were set considering the national situation.<\/p>\n

The cost includes several special arrangements made in Cyprus, such as passport control processes and additional security measures, which are necessary for the voyage.<\/p>\n

The company said that the initiative aims to assist Israeli citizens during a challenging time, providing a reliable sea-based option to return home as other routes remain uncertain.<\/p>\n
