This is the latest ship to join Oceania Cruises\u2019 fleet and is the sister ship of Oceania Vista, which was delivered by the same shipyard in 2023.<\/p>\n
The delivery ceremony was attended by several top executives, including Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO and Managing Director of Fincantieri, Luigi Matarazzo, General Manager of Fincantieri\u2019s Merchant Ships Division, Harry Sommer, President and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., and Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.<\/p>\n
Oceania Allura has a gross tonnage of about 68,000 tons, a length of 246 meters, and can carry 1,200 passengers in 600 staterooms. It provides a mix of elegance, fine dining, and travel experiences focused on destinations.<\/p>\n
The ship\u2019s interiors combine grand spaces with a warm and welcoming design to offer the brand\u2019s signature small-ship luxury, but with a fresh approach. It also features high levels of innovation with a strong focus on sustainability.<\/p>\n
Oceania Cruises plans for three more next-generation cruise ships, with scheduled deliveries between 2027 and 2035.<\/p>\n
Construction has already started on Oceania Sonata, the first ship of the new Sonata class, at Fincantieri\u2019s Marghera shipyard. This vessel will accommodate 1,390 passengers and is expected to be delivered in 2027. A sister ship, Oceania Arietta, is scheduled to follow in 2029.<\/p>\n
