The term \u201csmall\u201d is being used as a catch-all term to make sure all entrants are similar boats.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Of course, for boats in this size category, speed is not the only factor that will win a race. With less than 20 feet of waterline, a\u00a0 boat can only go so fast in any kind of waves.
