The boats and gear were\u00a0 judged on Thursday during the Show\u2019s opening day and announced at an awards ceremony on Friday, September 12, 2025. The Newport for New Products Awards are presented, in part, by my colleagues at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sailingworld.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sailing World<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yachtingmagazine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yachting<\/a>. All category winners were selected by a panel of industry experts based on innovation, customer value, safety and aesthetics.<\/p>\n<p>As one of the most coveted in-water events in the country, the Newport International Boat Show spans over 17 acres of Newport\u2019s renowned waterfront.
