The vessel measures 78 metres in length, weighs 896 tonnes, and can reach speeds of up to 25 knots. It is equipped with advanced underwater sensors, anti-submarine rockets, lightweight torpedoes, and mine-laying capability.<\/p>\n<p>The craft is capable of conducting low-intensity maritime operations, coordinated anti-submarine missions with aircraft, and search and rescue operations in coastal waters. The vessel developed in collaboration with Norwegian firm Kongsberg Maritime is 93-metre-long and 19.6-metre-wide.<\/p>\n<p>The CSOV is designed to support commissioning, installation, and maintenance of offshore wind turbines. It has hybrid-electric propulsion, methanol-ready engines, large lithium-ion batteries, dynamic positioning (DP2), and a motion-compensated gangway.<\/p>\n<p>The vessel is also intended to serve as a \u201cfloating hotel\u201d for offshore technicians, offering world-class comfort and safety standards in rough seas.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>DCI Dredge Godavari<\/em>, developed jointly with Dutch company Royal IHC, is India\u2019s largest and most advanced dredger. The dredger measures 127 metres in length and is capable of dredging up to 36 metres deep.<\/p>\n<p>The 12,000-cubic-metre trailer suction hopper dredger is expected to significantly enhance India\u2019s port deepening, land reclamation, and maintenance dredging capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>CSL said the triple launch shows India\u2019s engineering skills, focus on local manufacturing, and commitment to sustainable growth under Maritime India Vision 2030 and Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
