The commissioning ceremony will be presided over by Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff.<\/p>\n<p>As the third ship in its class, Ikshak reflects the Navy\u2019s steady progress towards developing state-of-the-art indigenous platforms.
