David Pereira<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Additionally, Gulf Copper Government Services has been renamed Sabine Ship Repair Inc. as part of the broader organizational transition. The company also announced several leadership appointments in connection with the change.<\/p>\n<p>Capt. David Pereira has been named CEO of Sabine Marine Group, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marinelog.com\/?s=Robert+Keister\">Robert Keister<\/a> has been promoted to president of Sabine Surveyors Ltd.
