Crowley names Jen Leonard chief people officer

Crowley has appointed Jen Leonard as its chief people officer, effective Jan. 1, 2026, succeeding Megan Davidson, who was recently named the company\u2019s chief operating officer, effective Jan. 1.<\/p>\n
As vice president of Crowley\u2019s talent and culture group since 2023, Leonard has been instrumental in advancing the company\u2019s human capital strategy and programs. These, notes the company, include talent strategies for employee performance, experience and engagement \u2014 such as corporate citizenship and learning and development functions \u2014 that align people\u2019s work with business outcomes.<\/p>\n

As chief people officer, Leonard will lead Crowley\u2019s multi-faceted people and culture organization, including talent acquisition, human resources, compensation and benefits, and its inclusive culture and community activities, such as workforce development in marine and professional careers.S succeeds Megan Davidson, who was recently named the company\u2019s chief operating officer, effective Jan. 1.<\/p>\n
