Christened<em> Emelia Jane<\/em> in a ceremony at Penguin International\u2019s shipyard in Singapore, the new 24-passenger CTV is the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incatcrowther.com\/ships\/workboats\/offshore-wind\/ic18192\/\">WindFlex-27 <\/a>with quad-IPS propulsion, designed by Incat Crowther and built by Penguin.<\/p>\n<p>Expected to arrive in the U.K. in March 2026, <em>Emilia Jane<\/em> will provide essential service and maintenance support to offshore wind operations in the North Sea. Her higher bollard pull rating also delivers increased workability in higher sea states.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"335\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marinelog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Emilia-Jane-21long.jpg?resize=700%2C335&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Emelia Jane\" class=\"wp-image-106427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.marinelog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Emilia-Jane-21long.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.marinelog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Emilia-Jane-21long-300x144.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Photo: Tidal Transi<\/em>t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Building on her predecessors\u2019 designs (<em>Arabella Jane, Anthea Luna <\/em>and <em>Imogen Rose<\/em>), Emilia Jane features future-proofed hull architectures, cutting-edge onboard systems, with the Volvo Penta IPS propulsion system chosen for its extremely high levels of fuel efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><em>Emilia Jane<\/em> was specially designed as the next-generation frontrunner for upcoming electric builds. With U.K. and European offshore wind increasingly transitioning towards electrified crew transfer solutions, the unique shape of her hull and electric-ready IPS system will enable zero-emission modifications when required by the industry.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marinelog.com\/views\/qas\/qa-10-minutes-with-leo-hambro-of-tidal-transit\/\">Leo Hambro,<\/a> commercial director of Tidal Transit, commented: \u201cPenguin International has once again delivered an outstanding vessel \u2013 to be expected considering the company\u2019s exceptional marine, shipbuilding and technical expertise.
