The two officers were practising for the upcoming event when their parachutes got caught.<\/p>\n<p>One officer was carrying the national flag, and both officers lost control as their parachutes became entangled. With no way to steer, they fell into the water close to the shore.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries or casualties were reported. A Navy boat, which was already stationed nearby, quickly rescued them and brought them safely to the shore.<\/p>\n<p>Several people who had gathered at the beach to watch the rehearsal witnessed the entire incident.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The Indian Navy MARCOS are fine. They did not collide; instead, the parachutes had become entangled. The rescue boats were nearby and reached the location where they had fallen.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Vizag?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Vizag<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/SRoKqJplhV\">pic.twitter.com\/SRoKqJplhV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Akash Sharma (@kaidensharmaa) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/kaidensharmaa\/status\/1875056034970325444?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 3, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The demonstration by the Eastern Naval Command is set to take place on January 4, 2025, with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu as the Chief Guest.<\/p>\n<p>Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Eastern Naval Command will be hosting the event.<\/p>\n<p>The demonstration aims to showcase the Indian Navy\u2019s advanced capabilities.
